Gimonäs Umeå IF

Gimonäs Umeå IF was one of 73 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Gimonäs Umeå IF, 77 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Gimonäs Umeå IF could be found in Group 11 together with Fet IL, Handbol La Garriga, HF Flensburg-Munkbrarup 1, Handbalschool Brabant, Skive FH and IK Sävehof 2. Gimonäs Umeå IF continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skanderborg HB 1 with 15-32. In the Final, GOG 1 won over GOG 2 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 18. The area around does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2024 (Among others: Norrköpings HK, Habo Handboll, Ludvika HF, Skånela IF, Hammarby IF, Sweden, Kungälvs HK, HK Järnvägen, IFK Ystad and Strömstad HK).
