OV Helsingborg 1

In addition to the three OV Helsingborg teams, 34 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 11. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg 1 could be found in Group 4 together with MTV Dänischenhagen, IK Sävehof VU2, Kärra HF 3, Redbergslids IK and IK Baltichov 2. OV Helsingborg 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kärra HF 2 with 8-10. In the Final, OV Helsingborg 3 won over Kärra HF 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 11. OV Helsingborg also participated in Girls 10 during Partille Cup 2023. They won B-Play-off, after beating IK Sävehof VU 1 in the final with 8-4.
