OV Helsingborg 1

In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 71 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Kungälvs HK 2, Mt Kenya, Dunkerque HB Grand Littoral, Nordbygda IL and Vorup FB. OV Helsingborg 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SIK Søndermarken with 7-10. In the Final, Dalby Gif 1 won over SIK Søndermarken and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 13. OV Helsingborg also participated in Boys 12 during Partille Cup 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in B12 B-Play-off, but lost it against Stavanger IF with 8-13.
