In addition to TV Roetgen, 77 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof TV Roetgen could be found in Group 8 together with HBC Evergem, Stenungsunds HK 1, Kristiansand IF, Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold and IFK Malmö 1. TV Roetgen continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Nyköping with 12-19. In the Final, Redbergslids IK won over 7 Drops/WAT Atzgersdorf and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18.
