In addition to AGF Aarhus, 96 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof AGF Aarhus could be found in Group 6 together with AG Håndbold 1, BK Heid, Tromsö HK, Flint Tønsberg and H43 Lund 1. AGF Aarhus made it to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Flint Tønsberg, which they won with 14-11. Thereby AGF Aarhus won the entire A-Play-off in Girls 16 during Partille Cup 2024.
