In addition to the two Kärra teams, 20 other teams from 4 different countries do play in Girls 10. They are divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kärra HF 1 can be found in Group 2 together with IK Sävehof UP2, IK Sävehof Ö2, Lugi HF 2, Gezira Club, Önnereds HK 3 and Frederikshavn F.I 1.
