In addition to the two Neistin teams, 86 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Neistin 1 could be found in Group 11 together with SG Wehrheim/Obernhain, Ski IL 2, Backa HK, Lugi HF 3 and AGF Aarhus. Neistin 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 14-16. In the Final, HEI Håndbold 1 won over Hellerup IK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
