Virum Sorgenfri HK

Virum Sorgenfri HK was one of 41 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Virum Sorgenfri HK, 113 other teams from 19 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Virum Sorgenfri HK could be found in Group 6 together with Knack Handbalteam Roeselare, Önnereds HK 1, HSG Neuenhain/Altenhain, H43 Lund 2 and Odtü Gvo. Virum Sorgenfri HK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Nordstrand IF 1 with 9-10. In the Final, HEI Håndbold 1 won over Team Niedersachsen and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. Virum Sorgenfri HK also participated in Boys 15 during Partille Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 A-Play-off, but lost it against IFK Skövde 2 with 12-14. The area around does also provide 40 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2024 (Among others: Bording KFUM, HEI Håndbold, FIF Håndbold, Hörning Håndbold, HVI Himmelev, Odder IGF, Skanderborg HB, Sportsefterskolen Sine, Mejdal-Halgård and Vorup FB).
