In addition to HEI Håndbold, 50 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HEI Håndbold could be found in Group 1 together with Herkules, HC Eynatten-Raeren, Torslanda HK, IK Sävehof PFVUÖ4 and Enköpings HF 1. HEI Håndbold continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 2 with 16-19. In the Final, IFK Ystad won over BK Ydun and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 12.
