In addition to Tyresö Handboll, 72 other teams from 16 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll could be found in Group 10 together with BK Ydun 1, Tryst HC, IK Baltichov, SG Wehrheim/Obernhain and Ljunghusens HK 2. Tyresö Handboll continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FIF Håndbold with 12-19. In the Final, IF Stjernen 1 won over FIF Håndbold and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13.
