In addition to HBC Evergem, 18 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 21. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof HBC Evergem could be found in Group 1 together with Lugi HF 2, MTV Dänischenhagen, HK Ankaret, Fjellhammer IL, IK Sävehof and Torslanda HK. HBC Evergem continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Täby HBK with 13-19. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Täby HBK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 21.
