Önnereds HK 1

In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 95 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK 1 could be found in Group 11 together with Neistin 2, Tyresö Handboll, Herkules IF Gul, HEI Håndbold 2 and HSC Haltern-Sythen. Önnereds HK 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lörenskog HK 1 with 7-16. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over BK Ydun 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 13. Önnereds HK also participated in Girls 12 during Partille Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G12 A-Play-off, but lost it against IK Sävehof VU 2 with 6-13.
