In addition to SIK Søndermarken, 109 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof SIK Søndermarken could be found in Group 1 together with Kolbotn IL 1, BRH, Lugi HF 2, Kungälvs HK 2 and Skanderborg HB 1. SIK Søndermarken continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Odder IGF with 6-8. In the Final, Ull/Kisa IL 2 won over Torslanda HK 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 14. SIK Søndermarken also participated in Girls 13 during Partille Cup 2023. They reached the 1/32 Final in G13 B-Play-off, but lost it against Ull/Kisa IL 1 with 7-14.
