In addition to HV Dynamico, 77 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof HV Dynamico could be found in Group 6 together with Skødstrup Håndbold, H43 Lund 1, LIF Lindesberg, Nordstrand IF and Kärra HF 1. HV Dynamico continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sportsefterskolen Sine with 9-17. In the Final, IK Sävehof 1 won over Skanderborg HB and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18.
