In addition to Clube Jovem Almeida Garett, 104 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Clube Jovem Almeida Garett 1 could be found in Group 12 together with Fet IL 2, Redbergslids IK, Elverum Håndball 1, Virum Sorgenfri HK 1 and Skuru IK 2. Clube Jovem Almeida Garett 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skånela IF with 10-15. In the Final, Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 1 won over BK Ydun and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
