In addition to the two Clube Jovem Almeida Garett teams, 59 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Clube Jovem Almeida Garett 1 could be found in Group 9 together with Volda HK, Kärra HF, AGF Aarhus-Viby-Stavtrup 2005, Kristianstad HK and Torslanda HK 1. Clube Jovem Almeida Garett 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against BRH 2 with 10-17. In the Final, Kärra HF won over Raelingen/Skjetten Håndball Green and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18.
