In addition to Valur, 100 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Valur could be found in Group 9 together with HBC Conflans, Nordstrand IF 1, Kolding IF, Årsta AIK 1 and IK Sävehof 2. Valur made it to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Skanderborg HB 1 with 11-12. Thereby Valur finished second in B15 A-Play-off during Partille Cup 2023.
