In addition to Grotta, 80 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Grotta could be found in Group 6 together with IK Sävehof 1, Virum Sorgenfri HK 2, IK Baltichov, Holmen IF and IK Sund 1. Grotta continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Herning FH with 9-13. In the Final, Tertnes IL won over Redbergslids IK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 13.
