In addition to Grotta, 100 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Grotta could be found in Group 6 together with Hellerup IK, Hammarby IF, Elverum Håndball 1, TSG Münster 1 and Torslanda HK 2. Grotta continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ski IL 1 with 11-18. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over Valur and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
