In addition to Hellerup IK, 54 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Hellerup IK could be found in Group 1 together with BK Heid 1, HK Ankaret 1, Baekkelaget SK 1, IK Sävehof PFÖ 1 and Mölndals HF. Hellerup IK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 3 with 12-13. In the Final, AGF Aarhus won over BK Heid 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 12.
