HC Utena

HC Utena was one of two clubs from Lithuania that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to HC Utena, 83 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof HC Utena could be found in Group 7 together with Alingsås HK 1, Herning FH 2, Fjellhammer IL, IFK Nyköping and IK Sävehof 2. HC Utena continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Brabrand IF with 14-16. In the Final, Dalby Gif 1 won over Nordstrand IF and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 14. HC Utena also participated in Boys 13 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in B13 A-Play-off, but lost it against Stjarnan 1 with 12-20. Utena comes from Utena which lies approximately 860 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
