In addition to Handball Úvaly, 83 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Handball Úvaly could be found in Group 12 together with HSC Haltern-Sythen 1, Frb Håndbold, Urädd Håndball, IFK Skövde White and IK Sund. Handball Úvaly continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lomme Lille Metropole HB with 14-16. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 2 won over Åhus Handboll and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16.
