In addition to Handball Úvaly, 75 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Handball Úvaly could be found in Group 3 together with Cesson Rennes Métropole Handball 1, Hammarby IF 2, IFK Skövde, IF Stjernen Odense, Nordsjælland Håndbold and Union West Wien 1. Handball Úvaly continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skive FH with 11-19. In the Final, HSG Nordwest 1 won over Club Handbol Igualada and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
