In addition to the two Gezira teams, 13 other teams played in Boys 10. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Gezira Club 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 1, BK Heid 2, Mölndals HF 1, IK Sävehof FÖ 2, IK Sävehof FÖ 3, IK Sävehof VU 1 and Kärra HF 1. Gezira Club 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof FÖ 1 with 7-11. In the Final, IK Sävehof FÖ 2 won over Kärra HF 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 10.
