Ås/Drøbak

Ås/Drøbak was one of 72 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Ås/Drøbak, 83 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Ås/Drøbak could be found in Group 11 together with Tvis Håndbold 1, Valur, Lomme Lille Metropole HB, Lugi HF 2 and Huddinge HK. Ås/Drøbak continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against GM 1º Dezembro Queijas with 18-20. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 2 won over Åhus Handboll and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16. Ås/Drøbak comes from Ås which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Ås does also provide 31 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2023 (Among others: Nordstrand IF, Ski IL, Ellingsrud IL, Siggerud/Driv, Monolitten IL, Reistad IL, Oppegård IL, Vålerenga HK, Ullern IF and Kolbotn IL).
