In addition to HIK-VSH, 60 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof HIK-VSH could be found in Group 8 together with Frogner IL 2, Lugi HF 2, Eskilstuna Guif, Redbergslids IK and MTV Dänischenhagen. HIK-VSH continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 5-21. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 1 won over AGF Aarhus-Viby-Stautrup 2006 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18.
