In addition to the two HEI teams, 103 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof HEI Håndbold 2 could be found in Group 13 together with Örebro SK Handboll, Ellingsrud IL 2, Kolbotn IL 1, Stjördal HK, Lugi HF 1 and KTSV Eupen 1889. HEI Håndbold 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against BK Ydun with 6-16. In the Final, Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 1 won over BK Ydun and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15.
