In addition to IFK Ystad, 30 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Ystad could be found in Group 4 together with IK Sävehof PF/VU 3, Gezira Club, BK Ydun, Lugi HF 4 and GF Kroppskultur 2. IFK Ystad made it to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against RK Dinamo Zagreb, which they won with 19-14. Thereby IFK Ystad won the entire A-Play-off in Boys 11 during Partille Cup 2023.
