HSG Nordwest 1

In addition to the two Nordwest teams, 82 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof HSG Nordwest 1 could be found in Group 10 together with Nordstrand IF 2, Åhus Handboll, Önnereds HK, Strandby-Elling IF and TV Uelzen. HSG Nordwest 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 2 with 14-16. In the Final, HEI Håndbold 1 won over Önnereds HK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 16. HSG Nordwest also participated in Boys 15 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 B-Play-off, but lost it against Övrevoll Hosle IL 1 with 6-20.
