Söreide IL

Söreide IL was one of 72 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Söreide IL, 103 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Söreide IL could be found in Group 14 together with Kolding IF 2, Torslanda HK 1, Sauda IL, Eskilstuna Guif and UKPR Agrykola. Söreide IL made it to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 14. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tune IL with 7-17. Thereby Söreide IL finished second in G16 A-Play-off during Partille Cup 2023. Söreide IL also participated in Girls 15 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the Semi final in G15 A-Play-off, but lost it against IF Stjernen with 17-24. Söreide comes from Bergen which lies approximately 480 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Bergen does also provide five additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2023 (Tertnes IL, Åsane HK, IL Sandviken, IL Gneist and Flaktveit IK).
