In addition to the three Baekkelaget SK teams, 52 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Baekkelaget SK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Hellerup IK, BK Heid 1, HK Ankaret 1, IK Sävehof PFÖ 1 and Mölndals HF. Baekkelaget SK 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HEI Håndbold 2 with 11-12. In the Final, Flint Tønsberg 3 won over HSC Haltern-Sythen and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 12.
