Sauda IL

Sauda IL was one of 72 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Sauda IL, 103 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Sauda IL could be found in Group 14 together with Kolding IF 2, Torslanda HK 1, Eskilstuna Guif, UKPR Agrykola and Söreide IL. Sauda IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FFI Håndbold with 8-13. In the Final, Lörenskog HK 1 won over Strandby-Elling IF and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16. Sauda comes from Sauda which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
