Lomme Lille Metropole HB

Lomme Lille Metropole HB was one of five clubs from France that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Lomme Lille Metropole HB, 83 other teams from 14 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Lomme Lille Metropole HB could be found in Group 11 together with Tvis Håndbold 1, Valur, Lugi HF 2, Huddinge HK and Ås/Drøbak. Lomme Lille Metropole HB continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stjördals/Blink IL with 15-16. In the Final, Skanderborg HB 2 won over Åhus Handboll and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 16. Lomme Lille Metropole HB also participated in Boys 15 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in B15 B-Play-off, but lost it against Torslanda HK with 15-20. Lomme Lille Metropole HB comes from Lomme which lies approximately 980 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Lomme Lille Metropole HB, the club HBC Izegem does also originate from the area around Lomme.
