Vålerenga HK

Vålerenga HK was one of 72 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Vålerenga HK, 104 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Vålerenga HK could be found in Group 11 together with Valur, HEI Håndbold 1, Härryda HK, Urädd Håndball and AG Håndbold 1. Vålerenga HK continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Promov Rebordosa won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Vålerenga HK also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in G14 A-Play-off, but lost it against Ull/Kisa IL 2 with 13-18. Vålerenga comes from Oslo which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Oslo does also provide 33 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2023 (Among others: Nordstrand IF, Ski IL, Ellingsrud IL, Siggerud/Driv, Monolitten IL, Sörumsand IF, Reistad IL, Oppegård IL, Ullern IF and Kolbotn IL).
