Sörumsand IF

Sörumsand IF was one of 72 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Sörumsand IF, 104 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Sörumsand IF could be found in Group 1 together with BK Ydun, FC Bayern München, Gökstens BK 2, DHC Slavia Praha, Flint Tønsberg and H43 Lund 1. Sörumsand IF continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IK Sund with 8-16. In the Final, Promov Rebordosa won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Sörumsand comes from Sørumsand which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Sørumsand does also provide 31 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2023 (Among others: Nordstrand IF, Ski IL, Ellingsrud IL, Siggerud/Driv, Monolitten IL, Hvam IL, Eidsvold Turn, Oppegård IL, Vålerenga HK and Ullern IF).
