Västeråsirsta HF

Västeråsirsta HF was one of 82 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Västeråsirsta HF, 104 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Västeråsirsta HF could be found in Group 2 together with Skanderborg HB, Lilleström HK 1, Särökometernas HK, Åsane HK and Club Italiano de BM. Västeråsirsta HF continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 2 with 7-11. In the Final, Promov Rebordosa won over Rødekro-Aabenraa Håndbold 2 and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. Västeråsirsta HF also participated in Girls 14 during Partille Cup 2022. They reached the 1/32 Final in G14 B-Play-off, but lost it against Ski IL 2 with 12-13. Västeråsirsta comes from Västerås which lies approximately 330 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Västerås does also provide three additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2023 (Eskilstuna Guif, Gökstens BK and Enköpings HF).
