In addition to OV Helsingborg, 75 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg could be found in Group 6 together with Baekkelaget SK 1, Nordby IL, Norrköpings HK, IFK Skövde 2 and HSC Haltern-Sythen 2. OV Helsingborg continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Rellinger TV with 19-20. In the Final, Herkules won over Täby Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
