In addition to OV Helsingborg, 26 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg could be found in Group 2 together with Virum Sorgenfri HK 1, Hörning Håndbold, Lugi HF 1, Kärra HF 1, IK Sävehof PFÖ 3 and Redbergslids IK. OV Helsingborg made it to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IK Sävehof PFÖ 3, which they won with 12-6. Thereby OV Helsingborg won the entire B-Play-off in Boys 12 during Partille Cup 2022.
