In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 22 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 11. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg 2 could be found in Group 1 together with MTV Dänischenhagen, HK Ankaret, BK Heid 1, IK Sävehof PFÖ 3 and Kärra HF 1. OV Helsingborg 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against BK Heid 2 with 9-10. In the Final, BK Heid 1 won over Neistin and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 11.
