In addition to Selfoss, 95 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Selfoss could be found in Group 7 together with Vestre Bærum LIL 1, Lugi HF 1, Horsens HK, HSG Tills Löwen 08 and IK Baltichov. Selfoss continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against MTV Dänischenhagen with 12-15. In the Final, Stag SK 2 won over Baekkelaget SK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16.
