In addition to Selfoss, 72 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Selfoss could be found in Group 6 together with Flisa AIL, HSC Haltern-Sythen, Kungsängens SK, OV Helsingborg and HC Odense. Selfoss continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton 1 with 14-20. In the Final, Fjellhammer IL 2 won over Baekkelaget SK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
