In addition to Afturelding, 95 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Afturelding 1 could be found in Group 3 together with CS Madeira, Vassunda IF, Skanderborg HB, Nordstrand IF 1 and Lödde Vikings HK. Afturelding 1 continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Naerbö IL with 8-17. In the Final, Stag SK 2 won over Baekkelaget SK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16.
