In addition to Afturelding, 75 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Afturelding could be found in Group 9 together with Redbergslids IK 1, F.C. Porto, Åsane HK, Eskilstuna Guif 2 and Frogner IL. Afturelding continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 1 with 13-21. In the Final, Herkules won over Täby Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
