In addition to Knarvik IL, 75 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Knarvik IL could be found in Group 5 together with Elverum Håndball 1, KFUM Trollhättan, Herkules, Täby Handboll 1 and Kolding IF. Knarvik IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Baekkelaget SK 2 with 7-21. In the Final, Torslanda HK won over Huddinge HK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 15.
