In addition to Neistin, 75 other teams from 10 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Neistin could be found in Group 3 together with Tyresö Handboll, Fjellhammer IL 2, Baekkelaget SK 2, IK Sävehof 1, Vassunda IF and Hjortshöj Egå IF 1. Neistin continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Rellinger TV with 12-14. In the Final, Herkules won over Täby Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
