In addition to Neistin, 72 other teams from 10 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Neistin could be found in Group 11 together with Herning FH 1, IK Bolton 1, Torslanda HK, MTV Lübeck and VIES Håndbold. Neistin continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Fjellhammer IL 2 with 12-14. In the Final, Fjellhammer IL 2 won over Baekkelaget SK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18.
