In addition to IF Stjernen, 95 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof IF Stjernen could be found in Group 9 together with Njård IL, Stag SK 2, Eskilstuna Guif, IK Sävehof 2 and LSG Löbnitz e.V. IF Stjernen continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against AGF Aarhus with 10-15. In the Final, AGF Aarhus won over IK Sävehof 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16.
