In addition to the two Ystads teams, 74 other teams from 11 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Ystads IF 2 could be found in Group 10 together with E.C Pinheiros, Huddinge HK, US Ivry Handball, Charlottenlund SK 2, Ås IL and Önnereds HK 1. Ystads IF 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Täby Handboll 1 with 9-16. In the Final, Herkules won over Täby Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 15.
