HIFK Damhandboll

HIFK Damhandboll was one of three clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to HIFK Damhandboll, 103 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof HIFK Damhandboll could be found in Group 17 together with Önnereds HK 2, Ranheim IL 1, Ystads IF, Tvis Håndbold 2 and Eskilstuna Guif 1. HIFK Damhandboll continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Fjellhammer IL 2 with 15-16. In the Final, TH Niedersachsen won over IF Stjernen and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 15. HIFK Damhandboll comes from Helsink which lies approximately 780 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Helsink does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2022 (Finland and Sjundeå IF).
