In addition to the three Vorup FB teams, 93 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Vorup FB 2 could be found in Group 11 together with Waasmunster DHC, Volda HK, HK Ankaret 1, Skövde HF and Vear/TT 1. Vorup FB 2 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK 1 with 11-21. In the Final, AGF Aarhus won over IK Sävehof 1 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 16.
